Procedure for Placing an Order

Request a Quote

When requesting a quote, please provide the following details:

• Reference photos of the dish
• General details about the dish (name of the dish)
• Purpose of use
• Place of use
• Delivery destination
• Desired delivery date
• Any other additional requests, etc.

Consultation & Providing of an Approximate Quote

We will confirm the details such as the number, size, quantity, and desired appearance of the ingredients by email. After confirming these details, we will present you with an approximate quote within about one week.

Providing of an Approximate Quote

After providing photos and confirming the details of your request, we will provide an approximate quote.

Payment (Advance Payment)

After approving the quote, you will be required to pay for your order before we begin production.

*For expensive orders, we may ask you to sign a sales contract in accordance with our company rules.

Replica Food Production

After confirming your payment, we will accept your order as a formal order and will start producing the replica food. Please send us the necessary tableware, etc.

Inspection

We will send you an image of the near-finished replica food by e-mail within 2 to 3 weeks after the arrival of the tableware. We will then ask you to check that the details of your order are correct. Then, if there are no corrections to be made, your replica food will be completed by glazing.

Packing & Shipping

After the product is approved, the replica food will be packed carefully and shipped so that it will not be damaged. (We will inform you of your tracking number after your goods have been shipped.)
